Almost Friday!

Yay for Friday! I dont know about you guys but im ready for the weekend, even if that mean taking down the Christmas tree that should have been down the first of january. (Procrastinators unite...tomorrow) HA. So today I managed to stay on track- thats streak day 5 woohoo. Today I started out this morning with enough time to stop by Mcdonalds for my morning iced coffee when I realized that I left my wallet at home. So instead I had my Special K dark chocolate shake for breakfast and a cup of regular coffee with a couple cubes of ice from work. *womp womp*  For lunch I had leftover keilbasa,rice and veggies. I didn't get off work til late tonight and still had to stop by wal-mart so I grabbed a bag of Tony bites (turkey bites) for the ride home. I had planned on making shrimp alfredo with broccoli and a salad, but since it was late and I happened to forget the broccoli we had tomato soup with grilled cheese. The tomato soup was made with water and the grilled cheese was made with Heiners 35 calorie bread, skim milk fat free cheese and pan spray. It was surpirisingly good and satisfying. That left me with enough calories to have chobani greek yogurt tonight for a snack. I'm super excited to start Zumba with Jazz tomorrow (even if we do just do it at home with the Wii) We will eventually make it back to the gym and hopefully aqua zumba!!!! Until tomorrow guys! C-ya

Another day...

Hey you guys! Today was a pretty good day as far as eating healthy goes. I started out this morning with my usual of iced coffee with sugar free french vanilla flavoring. For lunch I finished off the other half of my 6 inch turkey bacon sub and washed it all down with pink lemonade flavored water. I was starving when I got home and didnt have anything high in protein to snack on so I had one of Ryans blueberry muffins. For dinner tonight I cooked turkey keilbasa with zuchinni,squash,onion and green pepper with dirty rice.  I really want to get back into zumba just as soon as Ryan gets a call to start working. Here's to more happy and healthy eating!

Keep on keepin' on

I've come to the conclusion that it is so much easier to quit than to perservere. I have also decided that I am not going to be a quitter any longer. Sorry I haven't posted anything since the 3rd but problems with my computer and my teeth won that battle. I have decided that no matter if I make a mistake and go over my calories or eat that brownie im not going to give up and say well I guess i'll try better next week. No im going to own the fact I messed up and continue to ear healthy the rest of the day. I realize most of this emotional eating is mind over matter and I must focus more on the mental aspect as well as the physical. So enough of my jabbering today up until lunch time I have had a large iced coffee with sugar free vanilla flavoring 250 Cal, 1 can tomatoe soup (mixed with water) 180 calories and thats it. Once the money situation pans out I can go get groceries and start eating 3 meals and 3 snacks but until that happens I'm eating as best I can.

I'm back! So I didn't do as well as I would like to but Ryan and I went to Wendy's for dinner.
I got a crispy chicken sandwhich,medium fry and a coke. Which turned out to be 1,127. Its really amazing when you start paying attention to the content of your food. I never would have thought it would be that much. Luckily I hadn't had much else to eat today and my total is currently 1427.

A year later (and 20lbs heavier)

Hey you guys, so we meet again. 1 year later and not much difference in weight except maybe needing to expand the belt another notch or two. It took Thomas Edison 10,000 times before he figured out how to invent the lightbulb. Although I hope it doesnt take that long but yet there is never failure just ways not to do something. Eventually we will unlock what it is that works for us!. I wanted to start blogging again because 1) I love talking to you guys and reading how things are going and 2) I honestly think it does help! So as today being my start day I have done pretty well so far. I need to charge my camera so no pictures today but tomorrow is another story.

I started out the morning with a large iced coffee with sugar free french vanilla flavoring. For lunch I had a small salad (approx 1 1/2 cups) with shredded carrots,kidney beans,banana peppers, and cranraisins with 2 tbsp fat free ranch.

I came home and Ryan had cooked grilled chicken, green beans and steamed vegetable medley. I washed dinner down with crystal light lemonade for 70 calories. Today's total so far (the day is not over) = 719 calories

Eventually when we get back to getting regular pay checks for us both I would like to join the Y and hopefully get back into Zumba! Until tomorrow my friends I say goodbye!

INTERVENTiON!!!!

oh lord....I been such a bad, bad girl today. I started out well but Ryan wanted to go to Dicks so I went with him only so I could go to bath and body and red lobster! I got some awesome deals and bbw. 6 different types of body wash,a wallflower night light and 2 antibacterial soaps for 25 bucks (thank you gift card) hahaha. Well then we hit up the red lobster b/c they are having such an awesome deal. 4 course feast :(

SO here we go:

Breakfast: Chobani greek strawberry yogurt
Lunch: Lean cuisine pizza
Snack: fibe one bar
Dinner: creamy potatoe bacon soup, caesar salad,bbq shrimp skewers with mashed potatoes and a small piece of chocolate brownie. Totaling a value for my daily calories at 2775....AHHHH how could I? For real tomorrow is a new day and im going to start being good again (even though work is providing panera bread) I hope I didnt just screw myself for good. Please some inspiration ladies! LOVE YOU GUYS

so I had a set back

Well well ladies I did so well for breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast: low fat greek yogurt and a banana
Lunch: no sugar added strawberry jam, and smuckers natual PB on 100% wheat bread with tomato soup
Dinner: 6 oz steak,pasta salad, green beans
Dessert: 3 coco cremes!!!!! AHHHH WTF I told Ryan to never bring them home again!!!!
I went over my calories a tad but within my amount everywhere else.

Hope everyone did better than I! love you guys!!!!

I can't wait

Hey guys! So I wasnt for sure if I stayed within my range today since the internet has been down all day. I just logged everythin and im right in the middle! wooho so heres a play by play of today

Breakfast: chobani apple cinnamon yogurt and a fiber one bar
Luch: 6 in chicken sub
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: 4 oz chicken,penne pasta with vegetables and a sald
Dessert: cocoa creme (AHHH) it was delicous
Snack: turkey sandwhich

Things I cant wait for!

~To button my pants and not have to suck in to do it
~not be embarassed to buy a candy bar without assuming people are talking shit
~for the toilet not to pinch my thigh fat (haha, this is for real)
~to pick things up off the floor without looking like a fat ass having a seizure
~to walk up stairs and not be out of breath
~no more chin fat
~for people to not assume im pregnant all the time
~to be under 200!!!
~for my boobs to shrink a tad
~to have a space between my thighs
~bikini? one day

quick update

Hey guys just wanted to post a quick note, im slackin on the dinner and pics department.

Breakfast: greek yogurt,peanut butter and banana sandwhich (cut in half for a snack later)
Lunch: Lean cuisine
Snack: half peanut butter/banana sand.
Dinner: subway (sweet onion chicken) I know I know, i gotta get my ass back in the kitchen!

So I weighed today and I am now 240! My next goal is 237 for next monday!

another week complete

Hope everyone had a great sunday! Today was a pretty good day, did lots of cleaning, went to Ryans grandpas birthday party and relaxed in front of the tv for a while.

Breakfast: low fat vanilla yogurt
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: four cheese lean cuisine
Dinner: spaghetti and salad
Dinner #2 two fried eggs,turkey sausage and a piece of whole wheat toast and a glass of milk
Dessert: frozen yogurt with mixed berries

I have been going through some recipes online to try out some different things, i'll post pics if they turn out decent. I have done really good with eating better but I only excercise 3 times last week. I have GOT to do better with that. Well here's to another work week, hope it will go by fast!

SNOW!!!

Hey yall! hope everyone is having a fantastic saturday (sad its already over) anyway so today I didnt wake up until 1:00 pm WTF? so I got up took a shower ate some greek yogurt (peach) and went to see my momma and daddy. We decided to go out to eat and daddy (thankfully) decided on Canes and Walkers instead of golden corrall. not sure I could have contained myself there. I ordered boneless,skinless grilled chicken with onions, a spinach salad with poppy seed dressing, mashed potatoes and a sugar free chocolate pie with sugar free whipped topping. It was all realllly good. I couldnt even really taste the difference in the pie and I had water to drink so I could get my daily value in and not have to sacrifice calories. So far I have at 1208 calores, 244 carbs,47 of fat and 60 of protein. I still have enough to eat a late night snack (I duno if i will but its not to know its there if need be ;) HA b/c im still a fatty at heart! Still no exercise today unless you count walking around in big lots and Sams. No pictures since I forgot to take it with me but hopefully tomorrow! LOVE YOU GUYS!
